Put Your Listings on the Map
Let buyers explore properties by location. Embed an interactive listing map on your real estate site.
List view isn't enough
Buyers want to see where properties are, not just scroll through thumbnails. Location is often the most important factor.
MLS-provided maps are functional but generic. They don't match your brand. Custom development is expensive.
Show listings geographically
MapZeno turns your listing spreadsheet into an interactive property map. Each listing becomes a clickable pin with the details buyers care about.
When inventory changes, update the spreadsheet. Sync. Your map stays current.
How it works
1. Export your listings
Pull your active listings into a spreadsheet. Include address, price, and whatever details matter.
2. Connect and customize
Link the spreadsheet to MapZeno. Configure popup layout, marker styles, and filters.
3. Embed on your site
Drop the embed code on your listings page or homepage. Buyers start exploring.
Features
Custom property markers. Different icons for houses, condos, land, commercial—whatever property types you handle.
Rich listing popups. Show price, beds, baths, square footage, and a link to the full listing page. All customizable.
Sold? Remove it. Update your spreadsheet to remove sold properties. Sync. The map reflects reality.
Brand-matched design. Your map, your colors. Match your brokerage branding instead of using generic MLS styling.
Filter by price or type. Let buyers narrow down by price range, property type, or whatever categories you define.
Works on any site. WordPress, Webflow, custom IDX sites—if you can paste an embed code, it works.
Common questions
- Can I use this with my MLS data?
- If you can export your listings to a spreadsheet, you can use it with MapZeno. We don't connect to MLS directly, but most agents can export their data.
- How do I remove a property when it sells?
- Delete the row from your spreadsheet (or mark it as inactive if you want to keep records) and sync the map.
- Can buyers click to see the full listing?
- Yes. Include a URL column in your spreadsheet and the popup will link to your listing detail page.
- What about new listings?
- Add them to the spreadsheet, sync the map. Takes less than a minute.
- Is it mobile-friendly?
- Yes. The map is responsive and works well on phones and tablets.
