Yes. The free plan includes 1 map with up to 25 locations and 1,000 monthly views. No credit card required to sign up.
Your maps will continue to work. We'll notify you and show a small upgrade prompt. We won't break your embedded maps.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Changes take effect immediately and we'll prorate charges if you upgrade mid-cycle.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe. We can invoice annually for Agency plans.
Absolutely. Many agencies use MapZeno for client sites. Starter and above let you remove our branding.

Free geocoding uses OpenStreetMap data. Premium geocoding uses Google Places for higher accuracy, especially for newer addresses.
